Hypersomnia pg.19 Chapter 1

Double update as promised! Still not much going on yet, but we get a sneak peak here of who runs Hypersomnia, and The Dome for that matter.

I didn't get the chance to update last weekend because I was at Warped Tour all day and a bunch of stuff came up. I'll now attempt to resume regular weekly updates.
